On Sunday Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin Bieber made headlines after they appeared in a public photo together for the first time.
The two women attended the glitzy Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles, California, this year.
Gomez and Baldwin were both beaming during the occasion, as can be seen on Tyrell Hampton's Instagram page, and one picture even shows them hugging.

Hampton captioned his post, "Plot twist," and thousands of online users loved and praised it.
The interaction between Gomez and Baldwin occurs shortly after the latter addressed accusations that she snatched Justin Bieber from Gomez in an episode of the podcast "Call Her Daddy."
"He was never in a relationship when Justin and I first started hooking up or doing anything of the like. Ever. At any time," insisted Baldwin.
"It's not in my nature to interfere in someone else's relationship... I've never been interested in doing that, and I'm not now. I can categorically state that I was never with him while he was dating anyone. That concludes it, she added.
For almost ten years, Gomez and Bieber had an on-off relationship. It happened in March of 2018 reported that they had made the decision to stop.
