    A Kansas City woman won’t be charged for shooting and killing off duty fire fighter Anthony Santi.
    This fire fighter would not let go of a man after they got into an altercation. The victims girlfriend then tried to break up the fight but feared for his life she pleaded multiple times for the man to let go but he wouldn’t. So she ultimately shot him.
